1. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the measurements, design, materials, and scope of work agreed upon at the time of the quote. We provide:
- Free consultations and estimates for residential and commercial projects.
- Written quotes detailing cabinets, materials, finishes, hardware, and installation.
- Clear pricing with no hidden fees unless the design or scope of work changes after approval.
2. Design Approval and Changes
Because every cabinet is custom built, the following applies:
- Fabrication begins only after the customer approves the final design and measurements in writing.
- Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and the project timeline.
- Natural wood may show variations in grain and color; this is not considered a defect.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient installation, the customer agrees to:
- Provide clear access to the work area and remove personal items before installation.
- Ensure plumbing, electrical, and appliance specifications are shared before final design.
- Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area during installation.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability or design changes.
- Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has started.
- Installation appointments should be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Warranty and Liability
Elevate Custom Cabinets LLC takes reasonable care during all work. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions such as uneven floors, walls, or hidden plumbing and electrical issues.
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or modifications made by others after installation.
- Delays caused by third parties such as countertop fabricators, plumbers, or electricians.
Warranty terms for workmanship and hardware are provided in writing with each project.
6. Payment
A deposit is required to begin fabrication, with the balance due upon completion of installation. We accept:
- Cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms agreed upon in advance.
- Invoices for commercial accounts are due within 15 days of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the services are performed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
